- Remove the re-useable/disposable turbine from the flowmeter
- Check relevant user manual for correct orientation of turbine and re-insert as per instructions in user manual
- Retry the test and if line still does not appear, there could be an issue with the flowmeter or turbine – please raise a support ticket
