This policy applies to all Directors,employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners of Intermedical (UK) Ltd, covering all activities including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution. We expect all stakeholders to comply with this policy to ensure ethical labour practices across the supply chain.

- Supplier and Partner Expectations
We require our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to:

All supplier contracts will include clauses prohibiting modern slavery. Suppliers in breach of these obligations will face immediate contract termination.

- Reporting and Whistleblowing
Employees, suppliers, and business partners are encouraged to report any suspicions of modern slavery or unethical labour practices. Intermedical (UK) Ltd offers:

No Retaliation: Employees and partners reporting in good faith will be protected from retaliation.
